  • A verified, searchable profile in the FreightForge carrier directory – 200,000+ pieces of capacity, browsed by freight brokers, spot market shippers and 3PLs.
  • A profile validated against federal records – FMCSA authority, operating status, insurance and safety history – so brokers can see you’ve been checked, not just listed.
  • Free to list. Always. No subscription. No load board fees. No catch.

Why Carriers Register

Brokers, Spot Market Shippers and 3PLs looking for your lanes are already here

FreightForge isn't a load board - we don't post freight, we make introductions. Verified freight brokers, spot market shippers and 3PLs search the FreightForge Directory daily by lane, equipment type and DAT zone. Your profile puts you in front of the ones running freight on your corridors.

Get found on your lanes

Brokers, spot market shippers and 3PLs search the FreightForge Directory by origin zone, destination zone and equipment type.

Every lane you submit is a search where your profile appears. Five lanes means five times the discovery process.

Carry federal verification

Every USDOT is validated against FMCSA at registration - authority, operating status, insurance and safety history. Brokers searching your lanes see a profile that's already been checked against federal records.

Common Questions

What Carriers Ask Before Registering

Is registration really free?

Yes - free to register, free to list, free to stay in the FreightForge Directory. FreightForge charges brokers, spot market shippers and 3PLs for directory access, not carriers. Your profile in the directory is the value proposition for both sides.

How is my profile built?

Your profile is built from two sources: FMCSA data pulled automatically the moment you enter your USDOT, and information you add - lanes, equipment preferences and contact details. 99 fields fill themselves from FMCSA, so most of the profile is done before you type anything else.

I'm registered on the road. Will my GPS flag me?

No. Truckers register from truck stops and the road all the time, and that's expected - the location signal is shown to a reviewer, never used to auto-reject you. A driver in Nevada registering for a Chicago-based company is completely normal. What stands out is an overseas registration for a US-based carrier, which is a common fraud pattern.

What if my FMCSA data is outdated or wrong?

FMCSA is our authoritative source, so your profile reflects what's on file federally. If something doesn't match your current information, email us at info@freightforge.com and we'll note it. To correct the record itself, update it directly with the FMCSA and your profile will pick up the change.

How soon does my profile appear in search results?

Profiles typically go live within the same business day of submission. Every registration is reviewed by a person first - we check that the FMCSA data matches what was submitted before your profile is published.

Can I update my lanes or equipment after registering?

Yes. You can always make changes to your profile by contacting us at info@freightforge.com

Does registering mean FreightForge will find me loads?

No – and that’s by design. FreightForge is a verified carrier directory, not a load board. We don’t post freight. What we do is put your profile in front of verified brokers, spot market shippers and 3PLs who are actively searching your lanes so they can reach out directly.
