Is this a sales pitch or an actual demo?
It's a working demo - you'll see real carrier data, the actual onboarding flow, and the location-verification add-on. We'll talk about fit at the end if it makes sense, but the 30 minutes is yours to explore the platform.
Do I need to have my team on the call?
Not required. Many people do a first demo solo to evaluate, then bring their ops team or IT lead to a second session.
We're a small brokerage. Is FreightForge overkill?

How long does it take to get started after the demo?

Can carriers in our existing database be imported?
Yes. We can run your existing carrier list through a data audit, checking for expired authority, stale FMCSA data and missing fields. We can then import clean profiles into the directory. We cover this in the demo.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing. Come as you are and we'll drive. If you want to get more out of the 30 minutes, bring two things: a rough number of carriers you onboard in a month, and a carrier list if you already have one - we can talk through what an audit and import would look like for your actual data instead of a sample.
